Where can I study from?

It is possible to study any of Oxford Home Schooling's courses from anywhere in the world. However some courses are easier to study from abroad than others and some restrictions to the type of tuition available apply.

What tuition do I receive whilst I am abroad?

You still get the same level of access to your tutor that any other Oxford Home Schooling student enjoys. So our tutors will still mark your assignments and respond to your written enquiries. Our tutors will telephone most European countries, the USA and Australia. If you require telephone contact from any other country, please contact a Student Adviser on 01865 798022. Please consider the time differential when phoning your tutors. If you wish to communicate with your tutor by email, please discuss this with your Student Adviser when you apply and they will ensure you get a tutor with email facilities.

Where can I take my examination?

lf you wish to study a GCSE or an 'A' level, then you will need to be able to return to the UK to take your examinations. Please remember that most of our GCSEs and 'A' levels have several examinations which may well be spread over several weeks. If you can't return to the UK for the examination, Oxford Open Learning will issue you with a Diploma based on your Tutor Marked Assignment results for GCSE or an Advanced Diploma for an 'A' level.

Will there be extra delivery costs?

The price of delivery to the UK mainland is included in our course fees. However, students who live outside of the UK may be required to pay an extra fee for International deliveries. Please discuss the cost of delivery with your Student Adviser prior to enrolling on your course.
