Returns and Refunds Policy

Oxford Home Schooling does not supply courses on a sale-or-return basis, with the following exceptions:

( 1 ) You may cancel all or part of your programme of study at any time before you receive your course materials, and will then receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

( 2 ) During the first seven days after receiving your course materials, you may cancel your course in writing and return the course materials to Oxford Home Schooling at your own expense. So long as we then receive the course materials in good condition, within the next 21 days, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
