It is your responsibility to ensure that you find an examination centre and enter for your exam in good time, but our Examinations Officer will give you all the help possible to organise this.

What does the Fee Cover?

A complete Oxford Home Schooling study pack

Oxford Home Schooling will provide full tutor support including:

  • Marking of all assignments
  • Telephone support from your tutor
  • Written answers to specific study problems

What is not covered

Deferrals

When we receive your application, your Student Adviser will contact you to finalise the details of course fees, delivery of the course materials, etc. Your Student Adviser will also agree examination dates with you.  If, during your course, you need to change your proposed examination date, you must contact Oxford Home Schooling as soon as possible. In most cases, it is possible for students to defer but this is always at the discretion of Oxford Home Schooling and fees may be incurred.

Cancellation

You may cancel all or part of your programme of study at any time before you receive your course materials and you will receive a FULL REFUND of all amounts paid.

During the first seven days after receiving your course materials you may cancel your course in writing and return the course materials to Oxford Home Schooling at your own expense. Provided we receive the course materials in good condition you will receive a FULL REFUND of all amounts paid within the next 21 days.

The limit of Oxford Open Learning’s liability to any student under any circumstances will be the amount paid for that student’s course of study.
