The AS level component is assessed by two 90-minute exams and three two-hour exams for the A level. These exams take place in May and June each year.

In order to be awarded an A level, students will need to sit the AS and the 2nd Year components of the course in one summer examination sitting. The AS level may be examined and awarded separately but will not count towards the A level award.

What can I do with a Business A Level?

A Business A level is a key foundation for many Higher Education courses. As well as Business Administration and related subjects, the skills and knowledge you learn in this course will help provide a valuable foundation for subject areas like:

    • Accounting
    • Marketing
    • Finance
    • Product Development
    • Sales

Of course, you may be looking to start a business instead of pursuing a degree. This course will help you understand the fundamentals of running a business, including how to set realistic goals and targets, how to manage people and market your product, and how to deal with change.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the work and assistance that you gave me. You have been a great tutor and I wouldn't have been able to do it without you.
