Add email-based tutor support for one learner and one course for the selected academic year.
The learner can send short, course-related questions to their allocated tutor for clarification, guidance and help understanding the course materials or assignment instructions.
Email Tutor Support is asynchronous and subject to our Fair Use Policy. It does not include extended tuition, detailed review of draft work, assignment marking or live support. Queries requiring substantial teaching may be referred to a tutorial or another suitable support service.
Access begins and ends on the academic-year dates shown in the institutional package.
